We engaged with Annmarie over a 2 month period to do some intensive mentoring with the staff in maths and English . She worked with each individual staff member looking at their strengths and areas for development and gave lots of open advice and resources for staff to use to develop their practice. Staff members were able to highlight their own areas for development and also those which Annmarie had observed from developmental observations. Annmarie was very open with feedback both with managers and staff members. Staff feedback was very positive on the process.​
